I am an experienced British Military Fitness Instructor and a certified Personal Trainer with 7 years’ experience of deriving positive results for clients seeking enhanced health, rehabilitation and semi-professional fitness endurance through bespoke lesson plans, nutrition and technical running expertise. 


I hold NVQ Level 2 BMF Instructor, Level 3 Active iQ certified Personal Trainer and BMF running technique instructor qualification. I enjoy helping people achieve their goals be it anything from weight loss, recovery from critical illness/injury through to higher level bespoke training.

Run Club

No two clases are the same! The distances, tempo and locations will vary each week to keep the runners engaged and progressing!

You will be given expert tuition in numerous running drills and techniqures to help improve your run

Suitable for all ages and abilities, come along and see for yourself!

Bootcamp

For the hard-core individual who likes training in the elements.

A mixture of traditional strength training and high-intensity bodyweight workouts to burn considerable amounts of body fat and stimulate your metabolism in a 60-minute period. Dependant on each individual, between 400-900 calories will be torched within one session. Your heart rate will be raised through high intensity blasts of lifting, dragging, hitting, pulling and pushing. Through this training we tear down your muscle tissue and encourage powerful anabolic hormones in your body that stimulate both recovery and fat burning.

Boot-camp classes are for all fitness levels

Buddy Personal Training

Quality coaching delivered on a 1:2 basis (1 coach, 2 students) with all the benefits of personal training, including programming, individualisation and attention to detail combined with the team spirit and camaraderie aspect of our team training. Take your training to the next level.

Drop in £20 per session

Block of 5 sessions - £90 (equivalent of £18 per session) 

Block of 10 sessions - £165 (equivalent of £16.50 per session)

Buddy training includes:

- Monthly programming to ensure you keep progressing and each workout is structured in the most efficient way
- Monthly Nutrition plan and recipes
- Monthly Goal setting progress support
- Detailed body composition analysis, weigh-ins and measurements
- Exclusive access to our closed Semi private group where other members are working towards similar goals

Personal (Private) Training

Exactly the same content and consumate approach as in the Buddy Personal Training but on an individual basis. 1:1 ratio to ensure the highest level of care, attention and programming. Covering exercise, lifestyle & nutrition and all the little extra bits to get you unbelievable results. Take your training to the highest level.

Drop in £40 per session

Block of 5 sessions - £180 (equivalent of £36 per session)

Block of 10 sessions - £330 (equivalent of £33 per session)
